At Kilcowera Station, visitors can expect to see an abundance of wildlife in their natural habitat. An early morning walk may reveal the Eastern Grey, Western Grey and Red kangaroos going about their business. Wallaroos are common in the hills and escarpments to the east of the Shearers Quarters. Many species of birds along with echidnas, various lizards and frogs and the odd snake can all be seen in close proximity to the Quarters and campground. Try your hand at yabbying at Cardenyabba Lagoon or Delta Tank.
